"High Recommended, re-plumbed our whole house when we first moved in inc new boiler. Almost 2 years on and no issues at all. Used them since for a boiler service and again can't fault them!"

They know their stuff.....

"We were new to the property and needed a response to a fault message that appeared on the controller of our Vaillant heating system. Rogers and Carter were contacted after considering recommendations on a local website.

Their response was rapid and comprehensive ; an engineer called at short notice to carry out a full system service.

He was then thorough, quick and very professional and and knew the system well. He was also very tolerant of my persistent, inane questions as I was totally alien to this system and, graciously, didn't treat me like an idiot either ! Thanks, Johnny.

Oh, and not forgetting Michelle who maintained constant office contact until the job was completed.

Yes, it was a pleasant surprise and good to find that old fashioned courtesy still prevails, along with an exceptionally business-like approach to their customers.

I would heartily recommend Rogers and Carter to anyone requiring their expertise...... and a sense of humour too......

A first class service

"Rogers & Carter Heating undertook significant work over two days to replace our existing and ageing and potentially unsafe boiler in a three bed house. The examination of the work required and associated quote was extremely thorough, giving me peace of mind it was being given the utmost attention. The workmen were prompt, polite, conscientious and very professional. The workmanship was to a very high standard and brought the associated heating system up to modern regulation standards. At the end of both days the work areas were thoroughly cleaned and tidied; so much so that they looked better than when work began! Upon completion, the heating and hot water system was the hottest and most efficient it's ever been in the thirteen years we have lived here. Would recommend without hesitation and would seek out their services again no matter whether the job was big or small"
